Terms & Conditions 


  • These terms and conditions are set out by Eventertainment 4 U who may also be referred to as "us", "we", or "our". 


  • By placing an order with Eventertainment 4 U it is deemed that the client/host/organiser has read, fully understood, agreed to and is bound by all of our terms and conditions.

  • To confirm an order a small booking fee is usually required, made payable via bank transfer. The client/host/organiser reserves the right to cancel an order at any time but any booking fees are non-refundable within 8 weeks of the event date. 


  • We always allow plenty of time to reach a client/host/organiser's chosen venue and for setup of equipment but we cannot be held liable for unforeseen events such as road closures, major traffic, vehicle breakdown, adverse weather conditions, complications at the venue or any other circumstances beyond our control. If such events should occur we promise to arrive and setup as quickly as possible and the client/host/organiser offered a pro rata extension of hire time in the event of a delayed start. This must be agreed by the venue's management. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil our contracted obligations to a client/host/organiser our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event.

  • We have fulfilled every order to date but we cannot be held liable for unforeseen events such as illness, injury or personal problems. The client/host/organiser will be notified as soon as possible if we are unable to fulfil our contracted obligations and our liability shall be limited to a refund of any monies paid in relation to the contracted event. We promise to help put the  client/host/organiser in touch with another entertainment provider but we cannot be held liable if an alternative provider is more expensive to hire.   


  • Our services must be paid for in full before setup of any equipment. This is standard practice for any performance based industry and we reserve the right to refuse carrying out any work until full payment has been received.


  • It is the full responsibility of the client/host/organiser to make sure that party guests behave appropriately. We will not tolerate threatening or abusive behaviour and if we feel our personal safety or the safety of our equipment is at risk we reserve the right to terminate the performance, and no refund will be given for any monies paid in relation to the contracted event.


  • Our equipment is our livelihood and very expensive. We always have a magic mirror photo booth attendant and do our utmost to protect the equipment but accidents can occur especially when party guests are consuming alcohol. We have full equipment insurance but in the unlikely event that any of our equipment is damaged through no fault of our own or stolen, we demand a £100 fee to cover our insurance excess charges. Any damaged or stolen items worth less than £100 can be paid for at full replacement cost. It is the full responsibility of the client/host/organiser to make sure any fees incurred are paid for immediately, regardless of which party guest is to blame. Refusal to pay will result in immediate termination of the contracted performance and possible legal action against the client/host/organiser by way of a small claims court to recover damages and any loss of earnings as a result.

  • Most venues have a strict midnight finishing policy and in some cases earlier. It is the full responsibility of the client/host/organiser to liase with the venue's management and make sure they can accommodate any requirements. We cannot be held liable if management won't allow us to play for the entire hire period.

  • Eventertainment 4 U holds full ownership of all magic mirror photo booth images taken and reserves the right to use them for advertising and promotional purposes if we so wish. Please note we will never use images of children for such purposes. Upon the client/host/organiser and guests having their photo taken, full consent is given to the images being uploaded to our Facebook page unless otherwise agreed by the client/host/organiser. Images can be uploaded to a private Facebook group at the request of the client/host/organiser if there are children present in any of the images. The client/host/organiser and party guests have full access to download and share the images uploaded to our Facebook page in relation to the contracted event.
